Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Embryologist to join our lab team in Craigie. We are a premier fertility practice, providing a bulk billed solution for couples seeking support in growing their family. Our team is dedicated and enthusiastic; everyone is treated with respect and valued for their contribution.

Our commitment to quality and safety is our highest priority. Applicants in patient contact roles will be required to provide evidence of immunity against specified infectious diseases as a Category A Healthcare worker.
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
- Minimum undergraduate degree in biological/life sciences
- Sound knowledge and understanding of RTAC Code of Practice, NHMRC Ethical Guidelines on ART and local state legislation pertaining to ART treatment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in human clinical embryology
- Experience working within a Quality Management system and understanding of internal auditing
- Sound embryology and andrology theoretical knowledge
- Demonstrated personal initiative within the laboratory through involvement in Lab Meetings and local projects
- Ability to manage and complete additional duties as delegated by the Lab Manager
- Strong patient focus and quality service orientation
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with essential experience in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for IVF
Candidate will also participate in public holiday and weekend rotating rosters.
Salary commensurate with experience, and within the range of $48.62 to $54.00 per hr exclusive of superannuation.
