- Position: Travel Registered Nurse
- Pay: $60.00 per hour
- Job Type: Fixed term contract (Full-Time)
- Job Location (In-person): Any of the following hospital sites may be the job location: Abbotsford Hospital / Burnaby Hospital / Chilliwack General Hospital / Delta Hospital / Langley Hospital / Peace Arch Hospital / Ridge Meadows Hospital
- License Required: Valid BCCNM (British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives) license
Note: Nurses currently licensed in other Canadian provinces are welcome to apply if willing to transfer their license to BC.
We’re Looking for Nurses with Experience In:
- Acute Care – including cardiovascular, thoracic, and general medical
- Emergency Room (ER) / Urgent Care
- ICU / Critical Care / Trauma Nursing
- Surgical Unit / Operating Room (OR) / Recovery
- Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) / Acute Medical Unit (MU)
- Pediatrics / Neonatal / Obstetrics / Labour & Delivery (L&D)
- IV medication administration and initiation
- Familiarity with CTAS (Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale)
Preferred Certifications & Skills:
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
- PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- TNCC – Trauma Nursing Core Course
- BLS/CPR certification (Required)
- Electronic charting experience (e.g., Meditech, Cerner, Epic)
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt in fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environments
- Fluent in English (French is a strong asset)
