About Us:
At 3mbrace Health, we envision a world where women’s health is understood and supported at every phase of their lives. We are an innovative start-up dedicated to revolutionizing women's health in the areas of the 3Ms - menstruation, motherhood, and menopause.
Our core digital product is the Mamamoon app - an interactive pregnancy and postpartum coach helping women and their partners go through the critical period to enter parenthood as prepared and healthy as possible. Our app supports women in preventing birth trauma and postpartum depression. It enables every expecting mother to prepare for birth and motherhood in a holistic way using a variety of tools like yoga, breathing, mindfulness, nutrition, Ayurveda, hypnobirthing, but also topics related to postpartum: breastfeeding, sleep coaching, postpartum recovery, and more.
We host quarterly public and closed company events on topics of women’s health. We work with a group of over 80+ experts who join as panelists, keynotes or facilitators, sharing wisdom and expertise across health practices and cultures.
Overall, our mission is to empower women with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to take control of their health and well-being without having to compromise on their dreams and aspirations.
