Scope of Responsibility
The Office Coordinator is also responsible for answering phone calls and taking messages and/or direct to proper person. Other duties to include are scheduling patient appointments, verifying and pre-authorizing insurance, collecting payments from patients and does daily balance, coordinating discharge planning and follow up on care of the patients.

Education
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years previous physician's office experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of employees, management, visitors, and outside sources
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current insurance coverage
