Laboratory Administrative Assistant II
Full-time position/Not a Remote Position

Conceptions Florida is seeking an experienced laboratory administrative assistant II in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Primary Responsibilities
- SART CORS lab data entry and coordination with clinical team for cycle completion.
- QA Dashboard data entry and coordination with clinical team for cycle completion.
- Coordination of transport in and transport out of embryos with Reprotech/Courier.
- Data Entry:
- IVF, FET, egg thaw, testicular biopsy, PGT results
- Billing
- Scanning IVF results
- Updating eIVF information
- IVF patient chart creation
- General filing
- Cryopreservation Tank Inventory:
- Updating cryopreservation inventory log
- Receipt of embryos/oocytes
- Distribution of embryos/oocytes
- Quarterly billing
- Courier shipping coordination
- Destruction forms database updates
- Confirmation of embryos – information to MDs, RNs
- Consumable Supply Inventory to include ordering, receiving, and updating inventory database.
- Coordinating transportation to genetic lab while packing and releasing PGT samples to courier including tracking.
- Communicating with genetic lab, distributing PGT results to physicians, and updating database.
- Serve as Patient Liaison by communicating with patients, communicating with physicians, triaging phone calls/emails, confirming patient email addresses for email communication of embryo photos, consents for shipping and distribution, consents for embryo destruction and email reports to physicians.
- Responsible for laboratory Schedule by coordinating FET schedule with physicians and nurses, coordinating egg thaw schedule, coordinating embryo thaw and biopsy, re-biopsy of embryos and act as second witness for lab procedures as needed.
Education
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
- Requires experience in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
- 1+ years experience

- Constant use of speech to share information through oral communication
- Frequent sitting, reaching and keyboard use/data entry
- Strong computer and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
