🧩 What you’ll do
As a QA Specialist, you’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) in line with international regulations (GMP, GTP, GDP) and standards (ISO, ICH). Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the local QA Manager in deploying and monitoring the QMS
- Drafting, reviewing, and approving SOPs and quality documentation
- Managing regulatory intelligence and driving continuous improvement
- Overseeing training systems and ensuring compliance through audits and KPIs
- Monitoring product and process performance (deviations, CAPAs, change controls)
- Providing regulatory support to internal teams and customer projects
- Reviewing operational documentation and releasing materials and final products
You’ll play a central role in ensuring our quality systems are robust, compliant, and aligned with both internal and customer expectations.
🧠 What we’re looking for
- A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (or 5+ years of relevant GMP experience)
- 3+ years of experience in QA or RA in pharma, biotech, or CDMO
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and quality standards across the product lifecycle
- Fluent in French and English (B2 minimum) – another language is a plus
- Analytical, organized, and proactive with strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your work
