Are you a detail-oriented **Certified Lab Technician** with experience in lab management, CLIA documentation, and andrology? We want you on our team!

Duties

### **What You’ll Do:**
✔ Oversee daily lab operations and ensure compliance with **CLIA regulations** including start up certification.
✔ Perform serum immunoassay and andrology testing, including semen analysis and sperm preparation.
✔ Maintain accurate documentation, records, and quality control procedures for andrology and general lab testing
✔ Perform and supervise diagnostic clinical lab testing with precision
✔ Train and guide lab staff on protocols and best practices

✔ Manage additional staff proficiency testing and scheduling
✔ Collaborate with fertility specialists and healthcare teams to ensure efficient lab workflows

✔ Manage supplies efficiently and planning so that testing is available 365 days per year.

Skills

### **What We’re Looking For:**
✅ **Certification** as a Lab Technician (required)

✅ **Experience in serum immunoassay testing
✅ **Experience in andrology procedures** (semen analysis, sperm processing, etc.)
✅ **Proven experience** in **lab management & CLIA documentation**
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Knowledge of lab safety protocols and regulatory standards
✅ Desire to grow with a growing independent practice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
