Job Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Handle incoming calls using phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Maintain accurate filing systems, ensuring that all documents are organized and easily accessible.
Assist in customer support by responding to patient queries and providing necessary information regarding services.
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
Support administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and managing office supplies.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Proficiency in operating phone systems effectively.
Experience with filing systems and general office procedures.
Familiarity with a medical office operations is a plus but not required.
