Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our fertility and reproductive health clinic dedicated to helping individuals and couples grow their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women's health or reproductive medicine, and a passion for supporting patients through fertility assessments and treatment protocols.
Duties
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Phlebotomy.
- Performing routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and collecting medical histories.
- Tracking and reviewing lab results, cycle progress, and medication responses.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Assisting healthcare providers with patient examinations and gynecological procedures.
- Coordinating and administer fertility treatments including ovulation induction and IUI cycles.
- Providing patient education on fertility medications, procedures, and treatment timelines.
- Performing medication teaching and injection training with patients and/or partners.
- Providing compassionate emotional support to patients and help navigate the physical and emotional aspects of fertility treatment.
- Preforming Intrauterine Inseminations (IUI) procedures
- Preforming Sonohysterograms (SHG/SIS) procedures
Experience
Required:
- Current RN license in Arizona
- BLS Certification (current or willingness to obtain)
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience in reproductive medicine, OB/GYN, or women’s health
- Medical Terminology
- Blood draws, procedure room set-up, and stocking
- Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, reassuring demeanor
- Proficiency in EMR systems and basic computer skills
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on patient cycle requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
