Kemet Health is seeking an innovative, mission-driven Gynecologist to design and lead a custom, relationship-based women’s health program for underserved communities. As the program architect, you will shape clinical protocols, build a multidisciplinary care team, and deliver personalized, whole-person gynecologic care through in-office and telehealth channels.
Location: Flexible hybrid model—telehealth plus periodic in-person sessions at our Springfield, VA flagship clinic
Role Overview: You will launch and scale a women’s health service line that integrates preventive, reproductive, and behavioral health, emphasizing continuity of care and cultural respect. Core Responsibilities
Program Development & Leadership: Design evidence-based care pathways for contraception, fertility, menopause, pelvic pain, and preventive screenings. Establish quality metrics, workflows, and EMR templates. Mentor NPs/PAs and participate in weekly interdisciplinary case rounds.
Clinical Care: Conduct virtual and in-person consultations, procedures (e.g., IUD insertion, colposcopy), and ultrasound review. Manage complex gynecologic conditions and coordinate referrals.
Relationship-Based Care: Cultivate long-term patient relationships via extended visit times, shared decision-making, multilingual education, and proactive outreach.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to ACOG guidelines, HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations. Lead continuous-improvement projects and peer-review audits.
Community Engagement: Partner with local nonprofits and community-based groups to host women’s health workshops and screening drives. Solicit patient feedback to refine services.
