Our Clinical Systems Analyst works in collaboration with Information Technology and clinical staff to implement and maintain the Electronic Health Record ecosystem, centered around eClinicalWorks. This position will perform support, analysis, development, validation and maintenance of the EMR and associated systems. In this position, you will interact with internal and external teams throughout multiple project phases and are charged with ensuring the services that he/she provides to the successful accomplishment or the primary mission of the company. The position supports the IT team to help meet business needs via project schedules, plans and timelines.
This position is full-time. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 830am – 5pm EST. Occasional weekend and after hours needed. This position is expected to sporadically travel to our care centers located throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions. Occasional domestic overnight travel may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation, configuration and support of all facets of the eClinicalWorks EMR and associated systems such as practice management, online scheduling, patient messaging, patient digital intake and patient portal technologies.
- Document standards, procedures and guidelines for the configuration and use of the eClinicalWorks EMR and associated systems.
- Identify and implement optimization and process improvements within the eClinicalWorks EMR
- Assists in the integration of ancillary systems and biomedical devices into the eClinicalWorks EMR
- Demonstrate superb communication and human relationship skills
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Experience working with eClinicalWorks
- 3+ years’ experience supporting and ambulatory EMR
- 3+ years’ experience managing vendor relationships
- Proven experience developing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders such as providers and clinical leadership
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- eClinicalWorks certification a strong plus
- ITIL certification
- Project Management certification or training
- Experience supporting the OB/GYN specialty in an ambulatory setting
- Experience supporting Reproductive endocrinology and infertility services
- Familiarity with HL7 interfaces
- Familiarity with Clinical Application Security

The estimated compensation range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
