Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain and Office Coordinator to oversee all supply ordering, delivery, and coordination for our network of medical practices. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for office managers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of supplies while maintaining excellent customer service and efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement, ordering, and inventory management of medical and office supplies for multiple medical practices, ensuring cost-effectiveness and availability.

Delivery Coordination: Arrange and execute the delivery of supplies to various practice locations, maintaining schedules and ensuring accuracy.

Office Manager Collaboration: Act as the main liaison with office managers to understand their supply needs, address concerns, and ensure smooth operations.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and maintaining clear communication.

Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels, anticipate needs, and implement systems to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Vendor Relations: Negotiate with suppliers, maintain vendor relationships, and evaluate performance to ensure quality and reliability.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory using relevant software or systems.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer service, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with office managers and vendors

Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Office, or similar tools

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for deliveries

Knowledge of medical supplies or healthcare operations is a plus
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and transport supplies (up to 50 lbs) as needed

Willingness to travel between practice locations as required
