About The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic O&G Registrars to join the team at Tauranga Hospital, where we have positions available for core trainees, senior advanced trainees, and non-training registrars. These roles offer diverse experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, with attachments ranging from three months to a year. As part of your training, those completing six-month attachments are eligible for the O&G Diploma. The team consists of eight Consultants, and the roles are based at Tauranga Hospital for a period of six months for trainees and 12 months for non-trainees.
About The Team/Service
The Obstetrics and Gynaecology team at Tauranga Hospital is a well-established and collaborative group, consisting of eight Senior Consultants. The department provides comprehensive care to a large and diverse population across the Bay of Plenty region.
About You
As an O&G Registrar, you will bring a passion for Obstetrics and Gynaecology, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and have the ability to adapt and work effectively within a team. While prior experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology is beneficial, applications from those looking to specialize in O&G are also encouraged. Your dedication to professional growth and providing exceptional care will make you a valuable asset to the team.
