Job Summary
At Wonder Surrogacy, we are dedicated to helping families grow through the beautiful journey of surrogacy. As an Intake Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our surrogate candidates, guiding them through the initial intake process with care, efficiency, and empathy. This position involves reviewing applications, collecting medical records, conducting intake interviews, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

This is a part-time remote position with flexible hours, requiring attendance at one monthly in-person meeting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and passionate about helping others. Prior experience in surrogacy, IVF, or fertility services is a plus.

Duties

Conduct intake interviews with surrogate candidates
Collect, review, and organize medical records and intake documents
Coordinate communications between surrogates, intended parents, and clinics
Provide timely updates and follow-ups on leads and potential surrogates
Maintain detailed records and ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems
Support case management team as needed

Requirements:

Passionate about helping families grow through surrogacy
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Experience in the surrogacy, IVF, or fertility industry is a plus
Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a bonus
