Academic Obstetrics & Gynecology Faculty
Salary Range: Assistant Professor: $273,724 – $307,797 per year; Associate Professor: $306,975 – $342,874 per year; Professor: $338,744 – $380,896 per year
The University of Chicago's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is searching for full-time faculty members at any rank. Appointees will be responsible for outpatient clinical care at our Crown Point, Indiana location and inpatient clinical care at our main campus in Hyde Park. Appointees will be members of the obstetrics call group and will also participate in gynecology service. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity. We welcome applicants with training and experience in gynecology (office gynecology, minimally invasive surgery, or family planning/complex contraception), obstetrics (vaginal delivery of twins, higher order cesarean sections, and operative vaginal deliveries), and resident or medical student teaching.

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois and Indiana, and 3) be Board certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
