Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic settings
- Manage comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, and specialists
- Provide Labor & Delivery coverage and emergency obstetric care
- Assist in surgical procedures and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Active AMCB certification
- Current RN and APRN license in Tennessee
- BLS certification required by start date
- 2+ years hospital-based intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
Preferred Qualifications
- NRP certification
- Additional certifications in Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, or Lactation consultation
