The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating hormonal disorders and related conditions. Requirements:
Board-certified/board-eligible Endocrinologist.
Comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient care.
Strong communication, reliable and patient care skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bonus: Ability to perform thyroid ultrasounds and other endocrine related procedures.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid diseases, and adrenal disorders.
- Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care for patients, including referrals to specialists as necessary.
- Utilize medical imaging and laboratory tests to diagnose conditions accurately.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed based on clinical outcomes.
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications necessary for managing their health.
- Stay current with advancements in endocrinology through continuous education and professional development.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to the endocrine system.
- Proficiency in developing care plans that address complex medical needs.
- Experience in managing infectious disease care as it relates to endocrinology.
- Familiarity with neonatology principles when treating pediatric patients with endocrine issues is a plus.
- Ability to perform triage effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Understanding of trauma medicine as it pertains to endocrine emergencies.
- Competence in pathology relevant to hormonal disorders and their treatments.
- Knowledge of geriatrics is beneficial for managing older patients with endocrine conditions.
- Excellent communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams.
