⚕️Who we are:
Moca is an early-stage digital healthcare company that supports patients in their recovery through individualised treatment monitoring programmes. This allows the patient to stay informed about their conditions, track their symptoms and use our custom designed training and exercise programmes to improve their outcomes. Doctors gain advanced data insights and patient monitoring and can use those to increase the efficiency of their consultations, while increasing their revenue per patient. We are right now focussed on urology but planning to expand to further medical fields.
🚀 Your Mission:
As a Founder’s Associate (Ops & Product) Intern, you will work directly with Moca’s founding team, making sure the business grows & runs smoothly. You will work on a selection of diverse projects ranging from Strategy & Operations (understanding our patient needs and reacting to customer requests), to Business Development (identifying next medical fields to expand to) & Product Development (building and improving our products).
As one of the first members of our team: You are excited about building a business from the ground up, have a knack for an entrepreneurial challenge, and working directly with our founders.
💻 You will:
- Support our founding team on strategic projects: Help develop business strategies & execute on them, making sure we stay aligned with our company goals & objectives.
- Define & develop our product strategy: Get in contact with both patients and medical professionals to understand their user needs, analyse product usage and define our patient process and products for the coming months.
- Analyse, structure and improve our customer and patient communication, ensure smooth user onboarding and react to user requests to make sure our patients have a great UX.
- Drive various strategic initiatives to help us prepare for our growth-phase, ramping up business operations and ensuring operational excellence.
- Critically question, analyse and improve our existing products and processes. Constantly aim to improve our setup and build world-class processes that enable us to have a smoothly running organisation.
🫵 Who you are:
- You are an entrepreneur at heart, either with a concrete plan to start a business or the vision to do so in the future. We love to work with people who have a clear vision and want to learn the most about entrepreneurship by spending some time with us.
- You are a problem solver. In fact, you think in solutions (not problems). You strive to take ownership of the tasks you get and apply your analytical skills, structured thinking, and independent working style towards solving them.
- You have gained hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment such as Start-ups, consulting or investment banking.
- You are ready and willing to take ownership. “This is not my job!” is not part of your vocabulary — you identify problems, take initiative to take them on, and challenge the status quo.
- You have a hands-on mentality. You default into action, want to gather first learnings fast, and iterate on the progress along the way.
🏦 The Admin stuff:
Internship duration: 3 – 6 months with the chance to transition to full-time at the end
Workplace: Join us in our office in Munich, Glockenbachviertel. Remote days are always possible, but we believe in spending time together
Language: Native German language skills are required
Salary: €2’500 per month
