Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Centre Head - for Santasa Fertility, located in Hassan. The Centre Head will oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of patient care. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with medical professionals, overseeing outpatient and inpatient services, diagnostic procedures, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Centre Head will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, handling patient inquiries, managing budgets, and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in healthcare management and/or diagnostics
- Knowledge of diagnostic procedures and equipment maintenance
- Ability to manage budgets and report effectively to senior management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Technology, or related field
- Experience in IVF, maternity or related fields is an advantage
- Experience in Multispeciality Hospital, Diagnostics Centre ( CT,MRI etc) will be appreciated.
