Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced board-certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to lead Providence Women's service line in Oregon. Leadership and administrative duties are estimated to be an FTE of 0.6 with the opportunity to maintain a clinical role. Primary responsibilities include:
- In partnership with local clinic leadership, overseeing the financial and operational performance of the Providence Women's Clinics in the Portland service area
- Develop and implement strategic plan for the service line
- Lead and oversee continuous quality improvement for the clinical service line including the development and implementation of best practice guidelines
- Collaborate with acute care leadership teams (nursing and medical staff) for issues related to patient care involving the service line
- Establish and lead physician governance structure for service line
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners that support service line
