Although Dr. Merhi has served Manhattan residents as an award-winning fertility expert for over 10 years, he has seen the shift in demands from his patients for excellent fertility centers (using non-conventional treatments) outside of the major cities. That is why he opened New RFC locations in Connecticut, Long Island, Westchester and Brooklyn.
Job Title: IVF Clinical Coordinator
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, or other related sciences
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and medical database software
Responsibilities
- Coordinate IVF, IUI, and embryo transfer cycles
- Schedule patients for all appointments
- Sign all cycle consents with patients
- Make sure all patients complete the IVF checklist before their procedures
- Confirm protocol instructions have been prepared and sent to the patient
- Provide patient education on protocol and medications
- Respond to patients emails in timely fashion
- Coordinate doctors schedule so they are on time for all procedures and consultations
- Alert finance coordinator of any changes in protocol or cycle status
- Confirm medications have been called in or prescriptions have been given to patient
Location: Westport, CT
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually
