Role Overview:
We are seeking a trilingual Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to cover Belgium and Luxembourg. The MSL will play a key role in engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs), providing scientific and clinical support, and driving medical strategy in women's health. This is a field-based role requiring travel across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), HCPs, and other stakeholders in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Communicate complex medical and scientific information related to women's health in a clear and professional manner.
- Support the development and implementation of medical strategies, including advisory boards, scientific symposia, and congresses.
- Provide training and medical insights to internal teams, including sales and marketing.
- Monitor and report on scientific and clinical developments in women's health, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, and real-world evidence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines in all interactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Scientific degree (BSc, MSc, PhD, PharmD, MD) in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an MSL or medical affairs role within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- Women's Health experience would be a plus (but not essential).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to speak French, Dutch & English is required.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Belgium and Luxembourg.
