Andrology Solutions pushes the boundaries of male infertility investigation. We believe that couples experiencing infertility can only be successful in starting a family if the male partner is also taken into account. Men feel marginalised when they are diagnosed with infertility and are very rarely investigated other than a semen analysis. We consider it essential that men are fully investigated for infertility so that they have a diagnosis that can then be managed appropriately. Our goal is to help men achieve a natural pregnancy with their partners or to increase their chances of a successful outcome with ART if required.
What we do
Andrology Solutions Ltd. located in the heart of central London, is the first and only HFEA licensed fertility clinic to focus specifically on men. We are an independent scientist led, diagnostic and clinical laboratory service designed to address male reproductive health. We offer a unique service, for both patients and medical professionals, providing a comprehensive range of the most up-to-date tests currently available for male infertility. We provide a forum for men to discuss their results and concerns and offer recommendations on how to optimise sperm quality to maximize their chances of a successful pregnancy with their partner. We also offer an HFEA licensed sperm preparation and insemination service for patients undergoing intrauterine insemination treatment with either partner or donor sperm, and a sperm cryopreservation and storage service for those who want to preserve their fertility for the future, including long-term storage for men with cancer and transgender people. We also provide andrology services for attendance during testicular sperm retrievals and testicular sperm cryopreservation.
Who are we looking for?
Developing a program for male infertility takes more than just laboratory work - it takes people who are willing to change the perception of male infertility, people who are caring and supportive individuals who recognise the impact that a diagnosis of infertility can have on a man and people who are prepared to go the extra mile to achieve the level of service and support required. If you are an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is passionate about male infertility and enjoys working in a team, then we invite you to take a look at the opportunities available at our clinic and to come and join our dynamic Andrology team.
