Who We’re Seeking:
You’re a Certified Nurse Midwife dedicated to providing expert, compassionate care. With a strong foundation in managing both routine and complex cases, you are comfortable navigating a full range of women’s health needs. You thrive in a team setting, communicate with clarity and empathy, and are deeply committed to patient empowerment and education.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-scope CNM to offer reproductive, prenatal, labor, and postpartum care in both clinic and hospital settings. This role involves hands-on involvement through every stage of the maternal care process and provides a platform to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care
- Conduct routine gynecologic exams and family planning visits
- Attend vaginal births and support cesarean deliveries when needed
- Provide immediate newborn care and postnatal support
- Respond to obstetric emergencies as appropriate
- Educate patients on contraception, pregnancy, and reproductive wellness
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other providers
- Document care accurately and promptly
- Stay updated with current midwifery guidelines and evidence-based practices
- Offer respectful, inclusive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds
Requirements:
- Graduate of a U.S.-accredited Certified Nurse Midwife program (excludes Puerto Rico)
- Current Arizona CNM license or eligibility to obtain
- BLS certification preferred
- One or more years of full-scope CNM experience is preferred
