- Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified, trauma level 3, and PEDs level 2 is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. There are an average of 5 patients per shift and 16 beds in the department. Due to one provider no longer delivering babies and stepping out of the OB call rotation, the facility is seeking temporary coverage to assist with vacations until a new partner joins in November. The department includes 16 beds (8 LDRP and 8 couplet/GYN), with nurse staffing at a 1:1 ratio during labor, 2:1 postpartum, and 4:1 for women’s health. The office team consists of one NP and 16 additional staff members, including MAs, RNs, and PSRs. The most critical coverage needs are from May 16–26 and August 4–10, with any additional availability during this period greatly appreciated. Weekday coverage is needed only for nights, as current providers can cover daytime shifts.

Job Responsibilities: * Provide night-time OB call coverage on weekdays
* Assist with labor and delivery, postpartum care, and emergent OB cases
* Collaborate with existing care team, including physicians, NPs, RNs, and support staff
* Support coverage needs during high-demand vacation periods
Qualifications: * Active and unrestricted medical license
* Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
* Experience with labor, delivery, and postpartum care
* Able to work independently and in a team-based care setting
Working Hours: * Weekday night coverage (daytime covered by existing providers)
* High-need dates: May 16–26 and August 4–10
* Additional coverage during this period is appreciated
Skills: * Proficient in managing labor and delivery, including emergency OB situations
* Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
* Excellent communication with patients and clinical team
* Comfortable working in a hospital and office-based environment
