Your Role:
As a Women's Health Sales Specialist, you will be integral to broadening the reach and impact of Midi Health's innovative services within the healthcare community. Under the guidance of the Head of Health System Partnerships, your mission will be to enlighten, inform, and garner interest among both employed and community physicians. Your efforts to drive referrals and introduce Midi Health's distinguished services to prospective referring practices will be key to enhancing our service utilization and referral volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Implementation: Facilitate the integration of Midi Health solutions into provider workflows, promoting high referral rates, patient adoption, and utilization.
- Relationship Management: Develop and sustain impactful relationships with new and existing providers, staff, and medical practice groups, establishing Midi Health as the go-to for midlife women's health care.
- Community Engagement: Engage with healthcare professionals and the community to advocate for healthier lifestyles through midlife, increasing awareness and driving patient referrals.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep tabs on referral volumes, engage with providers consistently, and provide regular updates on the outreach program's success.
- Event Organization: Lead and organize events to elevate brand awareness and patient engagement, ranging from informational sessions to large-scale community events.
- Insight Sharing: Communicate feedback from the community to leadership, aiding in Midi Health's continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with marketing to enhance education and outreach materials.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the health system partnerships team to refine and scale efficient processes for growing Midi Health's network and impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4 years or more of pharmaceutical, medical or related sales experience to physician offices is required.
- Prior recent Women's Health sales experience highly regarded.
- Prior recent sales experience to primary care highly regarded.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with robust relationship-building prowess.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and develop solutions.
- Capability to work autonomously, proficient with Google Suite and web-based conferencing tools.

Pay: $102,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year
