About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Women & Childrens Director to lead and manage all clinical operations across our OB/GYN and Pediatric service lines. This executive-level leader will drive organizational goals, performance excellence, and community partnerships across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical workflows, provider templates, and staff productivity for OB/GYN and Pediatrics
- Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives aligned with institutional priorities
- Manage budgets, payroll, and variance reporting for the service line
- Foster community and hospital partnerships to improve patient access and continuity of care
- Use data to guide operational decisions and optimize patient experience
- Supervise clinic staff and maintain compliance with leadership expectations and evaluations
- Represent CMU Health in regional collaboratives focused on maternal and child health
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in business, Nursing, or a related field (MBA highly preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
- Demonstrated success leading clinical teams and driving results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Proven experience in strategic planning, budget oversight, and quality initiatives
