IVF Nurse – Full-Time, In-Person

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage IVF and IUI cycles under physician guidance
- Provide patient education on treatment protocols, medications, and next steps
- Perform injection teaching, phlebotomy, and assist with procedures (egg retrievals, embryo transfers, hysteroscopy, etc.)
- Monitor patients pre- and post-procedure; take vitals and provide post-op recovery support
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure exceptional patient experience
- Provide emotional support and clear communication throughout the fertility treatment process
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in women’s health, OB/GYN, or fertility nursing preferred
- IVF or reproductive endocrinology experience is a major plus
Licensure:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fertility medications and cycle monitoring
- Excellent bedside manner, multitasking, and communication skills
- EMR proficiency and comfort with clinical protocols
- Bilingual candidates are highly valued
