Besins Healthcare Indonesia is looking for Brand Executive, reports to Marketing Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate with Distribution department for allocation of products.
• Planning and Design promotional material/ tools to support the sales/ marketing
objectives with cost effectiveness, supporting brand management strategies.
• Joint field work to develop the territories and to understand the market dynamics and
demand, identifying market opportunities for brand building.
• Monitor campaigns for sales promotion.
• Assist / develop Brand Strategic Plan and Brand Operational Plan
• Develop, conceptualize, and execute marketing campaigns
• Conduct Market Survey
• Assist for Medical Event management
• Data Product Performance using data analysis
• Support digital marketing development
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Medical, Pharmacy, or Biosciences
Related Experience:
Experience minimum 2 years in Marketing or another related field
Competencies:
• Ability to manage medium sized projects.
• Ability to collaborate and influence teams.
• Digital marketing savvy
• Very detail oriented, can manage documentation and approval process accurately and in
accordance with relevant regulation/ compliance policy
• English language preferable
• Good communication and presentation skill
