Job Details:
- Start: 05/01/2025
- Support staff: not clinic based
- Patient Volume: low
- Patient Age Group: 16-65
- EMR/Documentation System: Epic
- Special Procedures/Unit Details: L&D, PP and ER coverage, back-up to CNM
- Additional Information: Acuity is only some high risk; Yearly births ~ 450
- Experience with CNMs; must have 1st trimester OB & ER GYN experience
Job Requirements:
- Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Required
- State License(s) / IMLC Req’d?: Required
- DEA Req’d?: Required
- Minimum Experience Req’d: 3+ years
- Are vaccines mandatory: Yes, per policy
