The genomic revolution arrived and there was a great deal of hope that unlocking the genetic code was the key to diagnosing and treating the vast majority of diseases. Clinically meaningful impacts remain elusive for many diseases and we believe that holds tremendous promise for identifying clinically actionable predictors of disease, disease progression, as well as novel therapeutic targets. At Path Fertility we’re pioneering epigenetic medicine for complex diseases, starting with infertility.
The Role
This is a full-time role that reports directly to the COO. As an Operations Coordinator, you will help oversee back-end operations for multiple aspects of the organization, including both research studies and commercialized products. This role is hybrid but requires full-time residency in Spokane, WA. You will be in regular communication with all Path team members as well as customers including patients, physicians, clinic and lab staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing operational tasks under the direction of the COO
- Managing customer communications including the email inbox and phone ensuring timely and professional responses
- Tracking product orders and communicating with customers including patients, providers, lab and clinical staff
- Research study support
Desired Skills, Attributes and Experience
- Experience: Customer service experience, preferably in diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, life science or business degree preferred
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in providing empathetic and professional customer service
- Technically proficient and comfortable using digital tools, platforms, and systems
- Attributes:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Enjoys working with teams and solving customer problems
- Highly collaborative, delivers on commitments, resourceful, and comfortable in a startup environment
