About the Position:
As a Medical Assistant specializing in GYN, you will play a critical role in delivering compassionate care and ensuring an excellent patient experience. This role involves assisting providers, managing patient interactions, and maintaining a smooth workflow to optimize patient satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table:

- A background in Women’s Health, specifically GYN.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Interview patients and document basic medical history.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Update and file medical records and insurance reports.
- Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answer or refer inquiries.
- Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments.
- Assist during medical examinations.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven working experience as a medical assistant.
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Social perceptiveness and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Attention to detail and professionalism.
- Degree in medical assistance.
