Position Summary
The CVS Health Women’s Health and Genomics team is part of the Medical Affairs organization responsible for advancing the highest clinical quality standards, increasing access to care, improving patient outcomes and reducing health care costs across the enterprise. We deliver effective and efficient solutions that span a broad range of clinical priorities.
As Senior Manager, Clinical Innovation and Strategy Program Management, on the Enterprise Women’s Health and Genomics Team, you will be responsible for designing market leading strategies and program concepts that support improving health care quality while driving business results across the enterprise. You will work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and with business partners across CVS Health to co-design women’s health and genomics initiatives. This involves aligning areas of strategic priority, developing business cases in support of objectives, developing, and executing on business requirements, and measuring and reporting on outcomes.
This experienced program manager will have demonstrable skills in business strategy design, program execution, project coordination and delegation, analysis, and presentation of insights through storytelling, and meeting and stakeholder facilitation across multiple initiatives.
You will need to be motivated by a desire to optimize CVS Health resources to support improved health outcomes that drive business results. As the work is highly innovative and dependent on business partner alignment, you will be expected to continuously adapt as needs require and be comfortable navigating ambiguity. In addition, you will be required to independently manage complex projects and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support their progress. As well as be proactive, creative, and nimble in your approach to enable success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Essential Responsibilities:

Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that align to team, business unit, and enterprise objectives

Decide on suitable strategies and objectives that will meet business unit and enterprise needs

Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights to shape program requirements

Develop business cases to justify business prioritization

Coordinate cross-project activities with other teammates and business units; setting responsibilities, timelines and delegating work effectively

Collaborate with the leadership team and key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive multi-year view of programs and projects to ensure alignment with business units

Oversee multiple projects and initiatives across a range of topic areas

Lead assigned projects by identifying the requirements, key milestones, timelines, and resources needed to complete the work

Identify and work with business leads to address any project challenges or roadblocks

Develop and participate in setting meeting agendas, develop project presentations and consultations for executive level staff, support meetings with note taking and action item management

Identify gaps, correct conflicts, and translate strategic plans to execution

Build and communicate presentations, communications, and definition documents to senior leadership
Required Qualifications

5-7 years business project management work experience in healthcare
-
Demonstrated experience designing strategies and program concepts with aligned business cases

Experience implementing health care projects and programs with demonstrated results

Demonstrated facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings

Excellent presentation and communications skills, including aptitude for writing, fact gathering, storytelling, analysis, and facilitating large group meetings

Ability to meet deadlines and satisfy customers with multiple competing priorities

Ability to effectively interact one-on-one with all levels of management, including executive leadership
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to solve challenging issues and identify opportunities for improvement

Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative insights for business case development

Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications

Health care insurance industry and/or life science industry experience preferred

Women health and or genomics experience

Clinical experience or working in an environment with clinical oversight

Experience managing maternal mental health programs
Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as business, health care, life sciences, etc.)or equivalent work experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
