Job Summary
Advanced Women’s Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to oversee operations at our multiple OB/GYN practice locations. This role requires a strategic, organized, and results-driven individual to ensure the seamless daily operations of each site, while fostering a patient-centric environment. The Practice Manager will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing both clinical and administrative staff across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple OB/GYN practice locations, ensuring efficiency, high-quality care, and patient satisfaction.
- Implement best practices to streamline workflow, optimize patient flow, and reduce wait times.
- Ensure each location meets organizational goals and quality standards.
- Staff Management:
- Directly supervise clinical and administrative teams across multiple sites, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure staffing levels are appropriate to support operations, coordinating staff scheduling and coverage for each practice.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Financial Oversight:
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of each site, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue cycle management.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance, including increasing patient volume and improving billing and collections processes.
- Prepare financial reports and projections for upper management.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all practice locations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant guidelines.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure proper documentation and coding for billing and compliance.
- Patient Experience & Satisfaction:
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by monitoring and addressing patient feedback, resolving complaints, and improving patient engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience at each location.
- Technology & Systems Management:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other technology platforms.
- Ensure staff are properly trained in EMR and other practice management systems.
- Strategic Planning & Growth:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow patient volume and expand services.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovations to improve practice operations and patient care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years managing multiple locations.
- Proven experience in OB/GYN or women's health practices is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance standards.
- Proficiency in practice management software and EMR systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
