The Lab Technician will play a key role in supporting research focused on the role of non-coding RNA in vascular diseases and pregnancy complications. This position involves performing molecular biology and tissue culture techniques, managing mouse colonies, and assisting with animal studies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and capable of working independently in a dynamic research environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform molecular and tissue culture techniques with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage mouse colonies and assist in related animal studies.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned to support ongoing research.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of laboratory or research experience. College coursework in a natural or physical science may be substituted for the required experience on a year for year basis.
