What you'll be doing
Join our caring team to provide excellent, individualised patient care in a supportive health service setting. Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or Midwife to make a real difference.
- Assisting patients with daily care & mobility
- Supporting nurses with procedures & equipment
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Communicating effectively with patients & team
- Engaging in quality & safety improvement

Selection Criteria:
- Applicant must hold Certificate III Acute Care (HLT33115) or enrolled in Bachelor of Nursing degree second year.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to use information technology systems.
- Proven ability to be self-motivated, flexible and adaptive as clinical needs arise, and still remain within the scope of practice of an AIN.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills, , including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team.
