Women's Imaging Fellowship

The Royal Women’s Hospital is one of Australia’s oldest and most distinguished tertiary hospitals dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of women and newborns, offering specialised services within maternity, newborn and women’s health. The Women’s provides a high level service in obstetrics, gynaecology, cancer treatment and specialist care of neonates. It is a major teaching centre and leader in research.
The Imaging Centre provides a wide range of imaging services including XR DEXA, fluoroscopy, mammography / tomosynthesis /contrast mammography, ultrasound and MRI (Siemens Vida 3T). We perform a wide variety of US guided, stereotactic guided and MRI guided biopsies and interventions.
The Fellow will have the opportunity to attend multi-disciplinary meetings and be actively involved in research. Participation in pre-existing or new research projects for presentation or publication is strongly encouraged.
Experience/Qualifications/Competencies
About you
- MB BS/ MD or equivalent medical qualification
- RANZCR or equivalent qualification.
- Medical Practitioner Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

The Classification and Salary scale will be dependent on experience and you will be appointed and in accordance to the Australian Medical Association (Victoria) Doctors in Training Agreement 2022-2026.
