We are seeking an Executive Assistant for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:
- You will manage the support functions specifically to the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, and the Associate Administrator.
- You will provide backup support to CEO, CFO, Department Directors and the Administrative office. Works with the Office Manager to the CEO Administrative Assistant to CFO/Contract Administrator and Department Secretary in communicating with Medical Staff, maintaining all records, files, etc., in accordance with Joint Commission.
- You will assist visitors and the public with any inquiry, problem or complaint presented, within the realm of designated authority.
- Schedules a high volume of meetings for the CEO and COO
- You will serve as an information center supplying information requested or directing inquiries to the proper source. Problems that cannot be resolved are directed to any of the administrative staff after complete background information has been obtained for information.
What Qualifications You Will Need:
- Minimum 5 years Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Education - Bachelor’s degree required.
- Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials.
- Must be able to establish priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Must have strong working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook Calendar, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cooperative manner with all levels of the team.
- Position continually requires poise, tact and diplomacy.
