OB/GYN Physician Job Description

Position Summary:

Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN Physician to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care and possess strong clinical skills. Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, postpartum care, and gynecological examinations
Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecological conditions and diseases
Perform surgical procedures, including cesarean sections and other gynecological surgeries
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds, mammograms, and laboratory studies
Develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to established protocols and guidelines
Supervise and mentor medical staff, including nurses and medical assistants

Requirements

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of which you are applying for, or the ability to obtain one.
Excellent clinical and surgical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
