About us

Northwest Women's Consultants is a OB/GYN office that is seeking a friendly, outgoing, personable, highly motivated, and professional medical receptionist to perform a variety of administrative tasks related to the front desk operations of a dynamic clinic.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has a history of working in a fast-paced medical environment and has basic knowledge regarding the technical terminology related to healthcare and medical procedures. A successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented and have an understanding of HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls in a warm, friendly manner
Scheduling appointments for physicians and ancillary staff
Registering patients in the EHR system
Checking patients in/out
Collecting co-pays and balances on account
Takes messages per protocol

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
