Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide direct nursing care and support, including medication administration and monitoring.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for individuals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Qualifications
- Active nursing license in North Dakota.
- Strong assessment skills and organizational abilities.
- Experience in intellectual disabilities, mental health, or behavioral health (preferred).
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
