Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and exam rooms for office visits and procedures
- Support the provider by using an ultrasound (Butterfly) during pelvic injection procedures — Training will be provided!
- Accurately document patient clinical information in the EMR (eClinicalWorks/eCW)
- Maintain medical supplies and clean, organized workspaces
- Support the front office when needed
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Requirements
Requirements:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or higher preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
