The primary focus of this role is to drive the development of sales organization in support of the CV China strategic business objectives. Working closely with the country commercial team, country leadership team, and regional/global commercial operations team, the CO Manager will plan, lead, execute and embed sales practices and processes to deliver execution excellence and superior customer experience. Following through implemented initiatives to measure and report attainment of KPIs, quality benchmarks, successful adaptation and maximum commercial impact is critical.
- Salesforce Effectiveness:
- lead the ongoing assessment and support for the sales team in target allocation, customer segmentation, territory sizing and call optimization utilizing appropriate tools that support data-driven management decisions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to ensure appropriate coverage of high value customers and management of field sales return on investment.
- Sales Incentive:
- Develop, improve and administer sales incentive plans, reward schemes and policies that contribute to the development of a high-performance culture across the sales organization.
- In conjunction with Sales, HR and Finance, produce periodic management reports to analyze and review the effectiveness of such plans and correlation of pay to performance.
- Business Intelligence:
- Provide analytical supports on commercial planning process, pricing strategy, etc.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, CS and IT to optimize business review process and improve salesforce efficiency.
- Contract Management:
- Plan and evaluate to ensure that all core elements of Contracts are fully scoped, planned, executed and continuously reviewed.
- Lead and oversee contract management systems, process and practices that align with global and APAC policies.
- Project Management:
- Implement and optimize CRM (Salesforce) systems.
- Capture and communicate commercial requirements with internal and external stakeholders on assigned projects, deliver the result on time and ensure the successful deployment.
- Process Improvement:
- Oversee and ensure all related SOPs and process documentation are always up to date.
- Constantly evaluate the commercial operations for opportunities to simplify, automate, eliminate, or introduce innovative practices that enhance business growth.
- Undertake ad hoc as agreed with line manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Deep knowledge and application of sales force efficiency and effectiveness framework, tools and processes
- Ability to develop and successfully execute a structured, organized approach to improving or embedding process/tool.
- Must be skilled at using data to create situational analysis and recommendation of solutions for presentation to management.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to plan and execute against clearly defined timelines.
- Open, adaptable, flexible and collaborative style to accommodate business demands.
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage changing requirements.
- Strong communicator, with the ability to interface effectively with people at all levels of the organization in country, region and global.
- Must have excellent English and Chinese proficiency, both verbal and written
- Project Management experience on ERP or CRM system.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Intermediate skill in the use of Visio, Salesforce.com or other CRM platform, analytical tools such as Cognos BI or Tableau.

Experience:
- 8-10 years working experience in Commercial Operations within a fast-paced and highly competitive environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field, Management Science, Information Systems or equivalent
