Full Time Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Integrative Women’s Health
Overview:
Visionary Women’s Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our revolutionary practice. We specialize in providing personalized, integrative care that empowers women to achieve optimal health and wellness. Our ideal candidate is passionate about holistic approaches to health, focusing on the interconnectedness of nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental factors. The role involves managing conditions such as menopause, perimenopause, PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, and sexual dysfunction using functional and evidence-based methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
- Provide comprehensive women’s health services, focusing on integrative and functional approaches.
- Develop individualized care plans addressing hormonal health, nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental factors.
- Manage and treat conditions including menopause, perimenopause, PCOS, fibroids, and endometriosis using non-surgical methods.
- Perform select in-office procedures within your scope, such as IUD insertions/removals, colposcopy, contraceptive management, and laser-based treatments (training provided).
- Offer patient education on holistic wellness and its impact on overall health.
Collaborative Practice:
- Work closely with gynecologists and other team members to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of patient care protocols.
- Collaborate on educational initiatives and workshops to promote integrative women’s health.
Vision Implementation:

- Help implement programs aligned with the institution’s vision for holistic and functional women’s healthcare.
Patient Engagement:
- Exhibit a warm, empathetic bedside manner that reflects our commitment to personalized care.
- Build strong patient relationships, guiding them on the role of nutrition, exercise, and other lifestyle changes in improving health outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
- Board certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with relevant women’s health experience.
- Strong understanding of functional medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle approaches to health.
- Experience managing complex gynecologic conditions with non-surgical treatments.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training or certifications in functional medicine, nutrition, or holistic health practices.
- Experience performing women’s health procedures such as colposcopy, LARC insertions/removals, and other gynecology procedures
- Passion for advancing women’s health through education and innovation.
