We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Embryologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of assisted reproductive technologies and be proficient in a wide range of laboratory techniques, must be meticulous, highly skilled in embryology techniques (IVF, ICSI, PGD), and a strong problem-solver. Excellent communication, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit are essential. They must also be committed to continuous learning and maintain a positive attitude.

Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Clinical Procedures:

Perform advanced micromanipulation techniques (ICSI, embryo biopsy)
Conduct oocyte retrieval, denuding, and assessment
Perform embryo culture, assessment, and transfer
Execute embryo and oocyte vitrification, warming, and storage
Prepare media and laboratory supplies
Conduct semen analysis and IUI preparations
Maintain detailed records of all laboratory procedures
Adhere to strict quality control standards
Laboratory Management:
Review laboratory operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CLIA, CDC, FDA, CAP)
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement maintenance procedures
Participate in quality improvement initiatives

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field
Master's degree in Embryology or related field (PhD preferred)
ABB certification in Embryology and Andrology
5+ years of experience in a high-volume fertility clinic
Proven expertise in advanced micromanipulation techniques
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Desired Skills:

Experience with preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A, PGT-M, PGT-SR)
Knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software
