Key Responsibilities:
✅ Firewall Policy Implementation & Management
- Configure, implement, and maintain firewall security policies in line with company protocols.
- Conduct periodic firewall rule audits and optimize them for better security.
- Handle Sophos Firewall configuration, rule management, and troubleshooting.
✅ Network Management & Security
- Monitor and maintain network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot network hardware and software problems.
- Implement security protocols to protect network systems and sensitive data.
✅ Hardware & Infrastructure Maintenance
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patch management.
✅ System Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor network and system performance, ensuring uptime and resolving issues proactively.
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery drills.
✅ Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, firewall policies, and system changes.
- Prepare regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and network traffic.
