Position Overview:
The 3rd Party IVF Case Management and Patient Recruiting Specialist will manage the day-to-day activities associated with third-party IVF treatments, including patient recruitment, coordination of donor/surrogacy processes, and supporting patients through their fertility journey. The role will involve liaising with prospective patients, donors, surrogates, and fertility specialists to ensure smooth and efficient case management. This is an in office position. There will be travel opportunities both domestic and international.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Recruiting:
Identify and engage with potential intended parents seeking IVF treatments.
Market services to potential patients through social media, community outreach, and other recruitment strategies.
Assist patients in understanding and selecting the appropriate third-party reproduction options available to them.
Maintain relationships with potential donors and surrogates, providing them with information and ensuring proper screening.
Case Management:
Act as the main point of contact for patients undergoing third-party IVF treatments, providing emotional and logistical support throughout the process.
Coordinate the screening, matching, and preparation process for donors, surrogates, and intended parents.
Manage case timelines, medical appointments, and paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations and clinic protocols.
Track and manage all medical, and legal documents related to third-party IVF cases.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with fertility doctors, legal teams, and counselors to ensure a smooth process for all parties.
Provide regular updates to patients and donors/surrogates about the status of their IVF cycle, addressing any concerns or questions.
Maintain detailed and accurate case files and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.

Qualifications:

Experience in fertility case management or a healthcare-related field, ideally with knowledge of IVF and third-party reproduction.
Sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, donors, and medical teams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Empathy and understanding, with a genuine interest in helping individuals and families on their fertility journey.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to third-party reproduction is a plus.
Bilingual also a plus
