Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team based in the United Kingdom (UK), ensuring efficient operation and communication within the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Duties
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Conduct research and compile data for executive reports.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Provide administrative support for executive meetings and events.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred – major or concentration in business, communication, or office management preferred
Minimum 7-11 years of experience working as an executive assistant or in a similar role in a matrix environment.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
