Ferring+You
You will ensure administrative support and coordination to the commercial teams in RMMH and Specialty Brands in the Netherlands.
Your day at Ferring
- Coordinating and supporting activities related to RMMH and Specialty Brands sales teams.
- Independent planning and organization of local events, conferences, web meetings and internal meetings.
- E-mail and mail processing, preparation of presentation documents, archiving/documentation.
- Preparation and follow-up Contract creation and management.
- Invoice and budget control as well as processing, cost monitoring.
- Create PO’s for Sales teams in Coupa.
- Coordinating and supporting activities in the Netherlands related to local marketing.
- Support the creation, translation and approval of Dutch content.
- Maintenance of the Ferring intranet and webpages.
- Interface management to other areas.
- Project work.
- Organise and manage the logistics of approved sales promotion materials to where necessary patients, HCP and sales teams.
- Collect and order information and data in the appropriate (excel) files and share it with sales teams.
- Working in a cross-functional team in close cooperation with KAM’s, Product Managers and the Country Representative Netherlands, and, if necessary, agencies.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales support, or event management.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and independent working attitude.
- Experience with budget management and contract administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities to efficiently manage projects and tasks.
