Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with urological issues
- Diagnose conditions such as bladder infections, kidney stones, prostate problems, and urological cancers
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, which may involve surgical interventions
- Conduct a range of surgical procedures using both traditional and minimally invasive techniques
- Engage with patients and their families to provide education on urological health and preventative measures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure integrated patient care
- Participate in ongoing research and professional development, staying updated on the latest urological advancements
- Maintain precise and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized medical school
- Completion of a Urology residency program
- Board certification in Urology is required
- At least 5 years of clinical experience in urology
- Proficiency in performing urological surgical procedures and techniques
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with a patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team environment
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth in urology
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
